Our HEAL YOGA 1 Hour Morning Sunrise Beach Special- 4 times a week we wake up and rise with the sun at 6:00 AM! Starting the day in peace and unity! Come sit on your mat in the sand and listen to the waves as you find your peace and begin your day! All Levels Yoga Class - Beginners are Encouraged!
